To operate "Beekeeper PRO", we collect: name and phone number (or email) during registration; data about your apiaries, hives, inspections, treatments, feedings, and honey harvest that you enter yourself; apiary geolocation to show accurate weather and nectar plant blooming in your region; photos you attach to hives, inspections, or marketplace listings; app usage data and technical information about the device necessary for its stable operation.
Data is used only for the app features: maintaining the apiary journal, calculating weather and honey flow, operating the marketplace and communication between users, processing paid PRO subscriptions, and operating the AI beekeeper assistant. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
PRO subscription payments are processed through the App Store (Apple) and the RevenueCat service. We do not receive or store your bank card data — Apple does. RevenueCat only receives an anonymized device identifier and subscription status information necessary to verify access to paid features.
Apiary, account, and communication data are stored on the app's servers. Photos are stored in a secure cloud storage. We do not transfer personal data to third parties, except as necessary for the service operation (payment processing, hosting) or legal requirements.
If you post a listing on the marketplace within the app, part of the data (listing title, photo, region, your name) is visible to other users. Personal messages between users are available only to the participants of the conversation.
You can at any time request the deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us through the "Feedback" section in the app. We will delete the data within a reasonable time, except for information we are required to keep by law.
We apply technical security measures (connection encryption, access restriction) to protect your data from unauthorized access.
We may update this privacy policy. The current version is always available in this section of the app.
